2. Data we collect
We collect data you voluntarily share through forms (name, email, message), technical information about your device (identifiers, browser type, operating system) and anonymous navigation data generated from your interaction with the site, always under your explicit consent as per Google Consent Mode v2.
3. Purposes
We use your data to respond to commercial inquiries, deliver information about real estate crowdlending opportunities, comply with regulatory obligations related to anti-money-laundering, measure site performance and improve the experience of investors registered on the platform.
4. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on your explicit consent, the execution of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship, compliance with legal obligations applicable to the financial and real estate sector in Argentina and Flondri's legitimate interest in preventing fraud and protecting the integrity of the platform.
5. Sharing and international transfers
We may share your information with technology providers, external auditors, notarial firms and regulatory entities when strictly necessary. In the event of an international transfer to countries without an adequate level of protection, we apply standard contractual clauses approved by the Agency for Access to Public Information.
6. Retention periods
We keep your data for as long as strictly necessary to fulfill the stated purposes and in line with the applicable legal periods. Financial and compliance data is retained for a minimum of ten years, while purely commercial information is deleted or anonymized within thirty-six months after your last interaction.
7. Rights of the data subject
As the data subject you can exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and opposition set forth by Law 25.326. You can also withdraw your consent for analytics and advertising cookies at any time from the preference manager available on the site.
8. Information security
We implement technical and organizational controls compatible with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard, including encryption in transit and at rest, network segmentation, continuous monitoring and periodic audits of our critical suppliers.
